面對半世紀最熱的七月天,人就是怠動,但求半刻涼快。暑假到了,工作暫緩,不妨裏應外合,消暑保健同步進行,在炎夏擁抱健康身心。

投身戶外世界
蔚藍海洋,是抵抗熱浪的終極之選。西貢的大浪灣和浪茄,是本地少數水清沙幼的美麗海灘,幽靜迷人,令人忘卻身處香港。即使是喜歡靜態的人士,亦可嘗試改到戶外進行瑜伽、太極等活動,感受藍天運動後充分流汗的舒暢感。最新研究表示,常練瑜伽長遠可減輕體重、降低血壓和壞膽固醇的水平,降低心血管風險1

樂享綠怡飲食
經常大汗淋漓,多吃時鮮蔬菜水果,例如番茄、菠菜、牛油果、橙等,可為身體補充流失的水份2,同時添加抗氧化物及鉀質3-4。鉀質對維持人體細胞、肌肉及神經的正常功能極為重要,適量吸取有助調節血壓、降低壞膽固醇和保持心律正常,美國農業部建議健康人士每天攝取4,700毫克鉀便足夠4

三十多度高溫,令人心浮氣躁,生活壓力隨之而提升。長期受壓影響身心健康,閒來發揮自己的興趣,像繪畫、烹飪或園藝等,可陶冶性情;心靈得到滿足,便能輕鬆面對壓力5。 其中園藝便常被應用於治療和復康方面6,以雙手接觸土壤及栽種植物,有助穏定情緒,緩和身心壓力7

異國風情紓壓
來一趟外遊吧!度假使人心情歡暢,有助放鬆身心,保障心血管健康7。在出發前不妨安排身體檢查,外遊時便更能盡興;尤其是要預防冠心病,最佳方法是定期作體檢8。東南亞是暑假外遊的熱門地點,當中泰國、新加坡、南韓等地皆有醫療旅遊服務,亦可考慮度假時順道體檢,以愉悅的心情為健康把關。

以無酒精雞尾酒代替紅、白酒是健康之選

感受零酒精快感
一杯在手,可能會帶來短暫鬆弛快感;可是過量的酒精會影響腦部、心臟、肝臟及肌肉等健康9。無酒精,不等於無樂趣。不妨改以Mocktail(無酒精雞尾酒)代替紅、白酒,以時令水果及其他飲料混合調製色彩繽紛的特飲,眼睛與身體同享冰涼快感。
